• For credit card: You will be charged upon completion of the application process.
• The timing of payment is subject to the terms and conditions of your credit card.

• The test must be taken within 48 hours of the test date. Please note that the examination eligibility is valid for one week from the date of application.
• Please note that you will be disqualified from taking the test after that time.
• The test is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for online testing.

As a general rule, we do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations at the convenience of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

To cancel your membership, please send an e-mail to the secretariat of the Japan Quest (info@japaque.com), stating "Subject: Change of membership information (cancellation procedure)," "Text: Membership number and name," and a request to cancel your membership.
